Mercedes-Benz CLK Coupe (1997 - 2002) 320 Elegance 2d Tip Auto Owner Review

I would buy another one at the drop of a hat it is VERY fast not much will keep up with the 3.2 v6 . Shame it is only a 4 seater .it has never missed a beat . There seems a common problem with the older clks with the alarm having a mind of its own mine used to go off when there is a sudden frost.This rectified by just unplugging the klaxon. Some times it has a few elecrical glitches ,air bag light coming on but wiggling the wires under the seat cures it. I travel to Yorkshire 3 to four times a year prob 350 mile round trip getting 35 to the gallon at a steady 70mph. The suspension is a tad hard on bumpy roads.Poand for pound it is the best car I have ever owned very fast comfortable very nice looking and better mph that a lot of smaller cars . Mine has done starship mileage but still starts straight away and the engine is as sweet as. They have a self opening boot with the fob I like many others have gone and shut the key in the boot with the doors locked so beware .Which car am I getting next when this gives up the ghost evenually if it doesnt out live me Yup a CLK 320 again !!!!!
