Want to know everything there is to know about this car?

In their own words

This is the best car I have ever owned and has switched me on to the Benz brand: there are acres of space, comfort is almost unsurpassed and proved amazingly reliable given that I've read negative press about the (for the time) complex electronics. The SBC braking system is terrific and not given any problems at all, the suspension can go out of alignment and needs replacement arms time to time, but what car is immune to speed bumps and the state of British roads? Servicing is no more expensive than for any other vehicle, don't be put off by the Mercedes rep' for being stingingly costly, not the case at all. Some extras are costly but second hand real bargain, especially if the original buyer liked the options list... By the way, this model is embarrassingly quick!! Handling may not be the best but it's a huge estate, the ride is firm but pleasingly plush, and there are other German motors available for those who like their fillings shaken out. I am definitely buying another one, probably a 350 Cdi: I don't care what diesel does to the environment when you get this much power and torque, and 500+ miles to the tank.

How reliable do you find the car?

It chews front suspension if driven with vigour, surprisingly cheap to put right though!

Does the car do everything you expected it to do?

There are lots and lots of toys but the sat nav is really showing its age - I'm not a fan anyway.
