Want to know everything there is to know about this car?

In their own words

Although smooth to drive and comfortable on long distances there are too many niggles with the design and use of the vehicle to warrant its price tag ,compounded by the sharks at the dealership and the lack of back up from warranty I am only conclude the best thing about the car is the badge on the front of the car, why people think they have made it in life if they own a Mercedes is beyond me I’ll never know. If you want a car to get you from A to B in reasonable comfort and you can put up with the annoying controls it may suit you bu5 my advice would be to check out the competition our previous Jaguar was a better drive and service was far better with warranty issues being sorted out of the warranty period .

How reliable do you find the car?

Issues with stop start battery which is a common fault , this occurred during lockdown and when we finally got it to Mercedes they said it’s out of warranty £300 to repair and another £160 for the satnav update ,Mercedes is less than forthcoming for warranty dealerships are overpriced, first and last Mercedes.

Does the car do everything you expected it to do?

Over rated , boring to drive awful controls on the steering column ,constantly catching the speed limiter when using indicators, seats are comfy but awkward to adjust just right only half electric on adjustment ,navigation of controls from the centre console is touchy and painful to use
