No - the rust was just to disappointing

Did you get a good deal and why?

I got a good deal as the mileage was genuinly low with just over 34,000

Brand, quality, performance, towing ability, durability

Very helpful and co-operative

What's it like to drive?

It wouldn;t be the most engaging vehicle but always very comfortable and save. Very good on long motorway or cross country runs

What's it like to park?

Parking was okay as the car is clearly shaped - door mirrors however are not that great.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Unfortunately, some things went wrong, however, they would probably not fall outside the category of "wear and tear". But over the 40,000 miles I drove the car I had to replace the exhaust, and various front suspensions items (balljoints, droplinks, etc.) The most dissappointing item however was the excessive rust which developed all around the car. The car was certainly not crash repaired or anything like this, the anti-rust measures must have been just completely inadequate. From rust under the bonnet to front & rear wings actually decaying at phenomenal rate. Very dissappointing for the pride of German engineering.

What's most practical about your car?

The automatic transmission was very comfortable also the huge boot was useful.

Cruise control and automatic transmission.
