Very poor software, poor sound You will find better in many cheaper brand The car itself and engine are good Audio bad, voice recognition is only for satnav ( bad and garmin) and cant recognise most places They’d have been better off putting a good phone holder instead of a screen Beware that Mercedes will charge you now extra to use function on Mercedes me All in all ... but a sorento, you will get everything for far cheaper, and use the rest to get a second car that’s fun
Does the car do everything you expected it to do?
The sat nav is dismal (garmin) There is no other media services No Bluetooth audio for music ( only phone) Songs stutter at start Voice recognition appalling The system is way worse than my previous merc from 2015 Mercedes me now ( didn’t on previous car) wants to charge you to remote lock the car etc The car is ok, the software stinks !! No car play You will get better software in a Ford FiestaAbout their car
