Value
Good value now TF model is out.
Costs
Relativley cheap insurance and good fuel economy. 36-37mpg around town, 40+mpg on the motorway.

Good fun with the top down. Heavy steering at high speeds. Hard top squeaks a lot.
Performance
Quick enough for most.

Reliability
Had the car for a little over a year and no problems as yet mechanically, hard top leaked needed new seals.

Still turns heads, but it's got no roof soft perceived to be a girl's/hairdresser's car.
Comfort
Cramped driving position. I'm only 5' 8" and the steering wheel is nearly hitting my knees.

Alarm and immobiliser as standard. Be careful where you park it with the softtop, plastic rear window held in place by velcro and a zip doesn't prevent much of a problem for theives.
Service
Not had need to go to MG/Rover with the car. Serviced by a local specialist, lots cheaper.
