Economy
Value
Bought second hand, paid a little over the odds for a MG dealer car with few miles, but the fuel consumption is great (better than my old 200 series) and the insurance is good too.
Costs
Fuel is good, parts are standard rover so cheap, only thing that costs is that you can't stop driving the damn thing, any excuse to go out when the suns out.

On the road
Driving
Great great car to drive, gives a whacking great grin for at least the first three months, little bit bumpy, but you expect that from a small sports car.
Performance
Quick, very quick and handles like it's on rails, people warn that it'll be bad in the wet, but I've no experience of it.

Living with it
Reliability
Had the cat changed under warranty, but only cos it was making a noise other than that no problems.

Drive through any town centre with the roof down and kids say 'nice car mister' that's enough for me.
Comfort
Not built for comfort, seats are comfortable, space is at a premium (but I am 6ft+ though).

No problems, alarm is good with hood up and down.
Service
The warranty was good, if a little slow to react, but well worth the money and security.
