    Mid 30s and looking for something a bit different to the usual Euro boxes.

    What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

    Not really noticed, but people say its in good condition and looks nice.

    Would you buy this car again and why?

    Probably not as its getting very hard to find a straight standard example that hasn't been messed with.

    What are you likely to buy next?

    I went and bought a used Rover 600 as I needed a cheap car with 4 doors.

    Did you get a good deal and why?

    Paid more than I should but only had 58000 miles, 12 months MOT and 3 month warranty.

    Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

    Nice small car with good spec for the money.

    What was the dealer like?

    Very good full test drive and fully valeted.

    What's it like to drive?

    Great grip (better than Rover VVC Coupe it replaced) plenty of power and easy to park, ride is bumpy due to sports set up.

    What's it like to park?

    Power steering and its a small car so fine.

    Have you had any problems with the car?

    Usual head gasket failure at 63000 I have never had a K series without gasket failure, all ok after with uprated multi layer gasket fitted.

    What's most practical about your car?

    Sports seats as they hold you in place as this car throws you about due to low pro tyres and sports suspension.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

    The VVC engine as it gives good fuel economy and a good reserve of power.
