Very bad customer service, no one answers phone or E mail, my car is 8 months old ,been in the garage following starting failure, no courtesy car no concern for my inconvenience, no answer to the fault, sent data to MG no reply. Not a clue when it will be fixed, nobody cares !. I think the Mg franchiser have backed a wrong one. they may be people who want to do a good job but the Mg overlords are garbage. don't do it don't go for the cheap trash, buy nissan Kia Hyundai anything but this
