Value
Excellent value for money and low insurance group. Very good on fuel (44mpg+). Well equipped.
Costs
Overall costs low - the only better I've had was diesel.

Driving
Ride and steering could be better.
Performance
For a 1.6-litre on a fairly big body, it goes quickly if pushed and has a nice engine note when revs build up.

Reliability
Full on Japanese reliability. Always does well in Independant tests. Happy to let wife and older girls drive as I KNOW it will always start.

Not great, but not bad. Some nice alloys and a rear boot spoiler help.
Comfort
Very roomy inside and the Driver's seat is multi-adjustable. I'm 5' 6" and my brother-in-law 6' 4" and we can both get a comfortable driving position (he even fits in the back!)

Security
Only an immobiliser as standard, but fit your own alarm if required. That said, I would leave it anywhere (and have!) and it doesn't attract a lot of attention from 'Joyriders'.
Service
Only one main dealer here, so they kinda have you if you want a dealer service history, but reasonable service charges anyway.
