If you’re looking for a small, practical car, a used Nissan Note could be in tune with your needs. Search thousands of Nissan Notes for sale with Parkers, and get the best deals local to you. The Nissan Note is a small, upright supermini closely related to the Renault Modus, and comparable to the Mazda 2, Vauxhall Meriva and Ford B-Max. Launched in 2006, the first generation Nissan Note is a good value used buy, with a choice of economical 1.5-litre diesel, or 1.4 or 1.6-litre petrol engines that provide adequate performance. There’s no sporty model, though, so enthusiastic drivers may want to look at the Nissan Juke instead. Generous equipment levels mean the Tekna and N-Tec models are well worth seeking out, and all specifications of used Nissan Note provide impressive safety for the price. Facelifted in 2009, the original Nissan Note was replaced in 2013 with a smoother, more car-like second generation. Safety is still one of the leading features, but technology overall is good for this size of car. There’s one petrol engine - a 1.2-petrol engine with 80hp or 100hp - and one diesel, the 1.5-litre dCi. Performance is similar regardless of engine, but the diesel returns a claimed 78mpg. In 2017, the Note ceased to be offered in the UK, so it’s unlikely that you’ll find many nearly-new Nissan Notes available. Search Parkers now for the best deals on a used Nissan Note for sale near you.
