In their own words

In many ways, purchasing this Renault car has been a pleasant surprise. What I like about the car is its quality interior, its appealing looks, its practicality, and the many driving aids such as front and rear parking sensors, rear view camera and especially the adaptive cruise control which makes motorway driving much more relaxed. The large boot and flat loading area make it great for transporting luggage and other larger items especially when both rear seats can be folded at the touch of a button. The panoramic sunroof and multi-coloured ambient lighting are especially appreciated by younger passengers. The steering feel is the best of any car I've driven and the brakes are pleasantly re-assuring with plenty of stopping power when required. What's not so good is the gearbox which lets this car down. Whilst most of the car is high-tech, the gearbox appears to have been carried over from something developed in the 1970's - very clunky and difficult to change rapidly. (Wish I'd chosen the automatic transmission). Also, the suspension can feel a little unsettled at low speeds on poor road surfaces, but the car does cruise well on the motorway.

How reliable do you find the car?

Battery failed to start the car after a few weeks of ownership. However, it was quickly replaced by Renault under warranty with a new higher-capacity battery and now works fine.
