What is miles per pound?

Fuel economy

A more stringent standard for fuel economy (WLTP) was introduced from September 2017, and this model was not required to undergo that test. Its fuel economy measured under the previous test system was 30 - 53 mpg. However these figures are less likely to be achievable in real world driving and so should never be compared to another car's mpg which was measured under the newer, more realistic WLTP system.

Servicing is fairly expensive but service intervals are long; fuel economy is OK, good from turbo-diesels; insurance steep; rapid depreciation makes it a sound buy. Good specification; you can pay too much for cosseted private cars; cheaper ex-fleet cars are the real bargains.

Head gasket failure is the only major problem; some minor problems with trim. Honda mechanicals ensure most are reliable. Some very high-mileage ones around.
