In their own words

From new my ARONA front assist system has failed to work. The car has been returned to the dealer many times, however, as their diagnostic system fails to show a fault they claim no fault with the system. The front assist on my ARONA is totally dysfunctional and it does not perform in any way as expressed in Seat’s advertising and media publications and of course the owners manual. SEAT UK will not recognise any expert second opinion, or indeed allow the car to be road tested by their dealer. SEAT UK Customer services (not technically trained or qualified) consider their diagnostic system infallible and consequently will not escalate the problem to a qualified engineer SEAT UK’s Managing Director has been invited to resolve the long standing problem through his office. He has not had the courtesy to respond to any of my correspondence. SEAT UK’s failure to resolve and show any interest in this safety related issue is frankly appalling, moreover I feel that I have been treated with absolute contempt during the last year or so in my efforts to resolve this serious issue
