Skoda Fabia Hatchback (2000 - 2007) 1.9 TDI Elegance 5d (AC) Owner Review

This is a fun, reliable, retro and fuel efficient car. Last year I decided ,after 3 and a half years of driving, to up grade my 1.4 mpi 68bhp Skoda fabia to the 1.9 tdi 100bhp Skoda fabia. This was an excellent decision. Although my previous 1.4 mpi was a brilliant first car it lacked a little power and wasn't as fuel efficient. it was incredibly reliable and was bought at 103,000 miles. I had 50,000 miles of use out of it before selling. This encouraged me to buy a Skoda fabia again. They are the same size and shape, They both handle very well. The 1.9 tdi improves on the few flaws the mpi has. It is quite powerful, its is more than £100 less to tax, its fuel economy is 50mpg.
