Skoda Karoq review (2023)

Want to know everything there is to know about this car?

In their own words

I had a Yeti before this, which was a great town car and fun to drive, but bumpy and noisy on motorways. I wanted something quieter and with a more comfortable suspension, and a few extra toys like heated steering wheel and reversing camera. The Karoq has met all expectations and, apart from a faulty rear seatbelt sensor, has been reliable. Build quality is excellent - a step up from the Yeti - and performance on long trips is great. Performance in town is fine, but the 1.5 petrol engine really works best on the motorway, where it accelerates well and cruises effortlessly. It will be grea5 for all the trips to Universities ahead of me. I considered upgrading to the Canton speakers, but the standard system is more than adequate.

How reliable do you find the car?

Faulty rear seatbelt sensor, which was repaired and caused no problems since. Everything else has been perfect.
