Skoda Roomster (2006 - 2015) 1.6 16V 2 5d Owner Review

Great little car. I picked the1.6 16v Petrol as I'm not a fan of diesel. However, it's a tad coarse and unrefined. I've had 3 Octavia 1,6 petrols and don't remember them being this unrefined. However it does everything asked of it, comfortably, just not quietly . Would I have another and recommend the Roomster? Absolutely. I would definitely give the 1.6 diesel a try though, it couldn't be any noisier than this. Comfortable, practical ,well built, and well equipped. The styling has really grown on me. Its a well designed vehicle too, not just a van with seats like a Berlingo. A rare sight but clearly driven by those 'in the know'. Highly Recommended.
