What does this car say about you?

I am uptodate if a little mature. I am saving the planet which is more that our Mayor and Town Hall officials with chaffeur driven limos at my expense.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Some surprise at first and sarcastic remarks but my Grandchildren think it is "Cool".

Would you buy this car again and why?

Already have a second Smart.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Straight small garage who then only did secondhand Smarts. It has proved a great little car and I bought a second one but a drophead.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

I reckoned that petrol prices would rise and being retired it occurred to me that I should be more frugal. + I liked the iconic design. I think they are better on motorways than local roads -I live in Kent!! NC

What was the dealer like?

Very straight and pleasant. A pleasure to do business with. (SouthEast Smart of Dunton Green near Sevenoaks)

What's it like to drive?

Very easy but the small wheels are a bit rough on local roads(Kent Highways staff ought to drive them and the roads would get fixed, I guess) Motorways great!!

What's it like to park?

Brilliant but nobody gives discounts for small vehicles. Can park ar right angles to the kerb in many cases.

Have you had any problems with the car?

No. Although the hood on the drophead did need fixing by the local Merc dealers who were helpful but pricey.

What's most practical about your car?

Good shopping space and easy to park. It still costs £1.00/hr in Tunbridge Wells the same as a 4-Track!! It is more spacious inside than people think.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Heated leather seats and air-con which in a smaller car is immediate.
