In their own words

Having previously driven three Jaguars I was a little apprehensive at buying this car but all I had heard about them was good. After 6 months of ownership I have not been disappointed, the car is comfortable on long trips, feels very sure on the road, better than my XF's in fact. The safety aspect is unbeatable, the technology and application has been superb. I can drive c150 miles on a motorway and only touch the throttle or brake a couple of times, all I do is steer. With the reliability they are known for and sturdiness of country driving I am perfectly happy. If I am forced to pick a couple of downsides, yes, mpg could be a bit better but as I don't do a huge mileage I am not too concerned, also if you want to be a boy racer this isnt for you. It will cruise happily at (ahem) 85 (so I am told) but it is not the quickest in pick up terms. Overall to date I am more than happy, no problems whatsoever and thoroughly enjoy driving the car. Go for the 2.0 litre though not the 1.6 as it is too underpowered. I can't comment on the hybrid though but is surely the same but with better mpg.
