As a family car can't fault it. Space, comfort & flexibility - but it's pretty dull to drive. I would never ever ever recommend buying one with the 2.2 D4D engine (which has its problems in other Toyota models as well - just google it). Wished I'd bought the petrol now, but after this bad experience & loosing quite a considerable amount of money selling onto a trader 'as-is', we wont come back to Toyota. I probably sound totally negative towards the verso, but if my review helps even ONE family making the same mistake as we did, that's my good deed done :)
How reliable do you find the car?
Soon after buying it found inside cabin heater didn't get hot & mpg was poor (26mpg). Wish I'd scoured the internet beforehand looking for known issues with the 2.2 D4D engine - a known Toyota design flaw - head gasket damaged - whereas in fact it needs a new head & other parts. Very expensive to repair. So much for Toyota build qualityDoes the car do everything you expected it to do?
Can't fault the car & its features - just feel incredibly let down by Toyota & their crap Diesel engine design :(About their car
