Suoerb motor, ultra relaible. Fitted a stainless steel through exhaust, my she lifted her skirts and flew, but a throaty growl in some rev. If you hear a squeal, check out the fuel bypass spring, it weakens after time. Have a 4yo Tayis D-4D as well, superbn quiet, quick motor. Had Toymotors since 1987 (MR2).
How reliable do you find the car?
Except for replacing rubber parts and an exchange starter Toyota fitted, in 2006, no problems. Womderful car, used now only for towing horsebox (Ifor Williams 510).About their car
