    Yes yes yes, for all the reasons above. Plus servicing is cheap through our local independent Toyota specialists

    About to trade the older one in for a newer Rav - this time looking for a 5-door diesel to cut fuel costs over long distances, and the tiny boot on the 3-door is the one thing I hate about my current one. The other one has 70,000 miles and we have no plans to trade it in

    What's it like to drive?

    Great - good visibility all round. A decent sized engine means it never struggles. A good-sized 4x4 that drives like a car

    What's it like to park?

    Easy - good visibility. Lock could be tighter for small spaces, though

    Have you had any problems with the car?

    nothing at all - brakes replaced at 114,000 miles other than that just servicing. We actually have 2 identical Freesport 3 door petrol models and the only thing we've had to replace on the other one were tyres

    What's most practical about your car?

    the driving position - it's fantastic being so high up as I drive a lot over long distances - it's perfect for this

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

    tonneau cover for the boot space which means valuables are not on show
