Citroën Berlingo e-Berlingo capacity & size

4 out of 5 4.0

The e-Berlingo electric van comes in a choice of two sizes - L1 or L2. Below you'll find exterior and interior dimensions for each model.

Happily, loading space is undiminished from the diesel model. That's because Citroen's positioned the battery pack underneath the floor where it can't impinge on the rear of the van. It also means the Multiflex bulkhead system is still available for carrying longer loads.

Citroën Berlingo e-Berlingo payload, weight & towing

4 out of 5 4.0

Payload and towing details for the Citroen e-Berlingo electric van.

Citroen e-Berlingo payload ratings

Payloads in the e-Berlingo range from the highest figure of 803kg (in the L1 van) down to 751kg (for the L2 variant). Crew cab models, with their extra seats, bring this down further to a still-generous 721kg.

That's impressive for a small electric van although it is a way off the 1,000kg-plus payload of the diesel Berlingo.

If you want to hitch up a trailer then the e-Berlingo has a maximum braked towing capacity of 750kg.
