What does this car say about you?

I think it says, fun, stylish but practically minded. The GTC fits this bill perfectly, it allows you to be fun when you want to be, and practical when you need to be, especially with the rear seats down, it's like an endless pit! It turns head, when people think "Oh look, an Astr... wait a minute..." you will notice them staring, especially at the rear end ;-) I can't but stare whenever I get out and whenever i walk up to it.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Everybody loves it. Most are jealous. Gran can't reach the front seat belt however. Even I struggle sometimes!

Would you buy this car again and why?

Without a doubt. It's perfect.

What are you likely to buy next?

Hopefully the new Alfa Giulietta or it's replacement.

Did you get a good deal and why?

I got a great deal, the car had quite a few scuffs and scratches and needed two new rear tyres all of which was sorted before I got the car. This included a fully resprayed rear bumper and 2 premium tyres as well as a whole car machine polish.

What was the dealer like?

Brilliant, great to deal with and buy from. Gave me a great deal and made me feel very comfortable around them.

What's it like to drive?

A dream, as you'd expect from a 2.0litre diesel it shifts. 0-60 isn't mind blowing but 30-80 is great. Up steep motorway hills in 6th is easy, with cruise control on you can leave it in 6th at 70 and never worry about straining the engine. It also performs nicely on country lanes, with plenty of grunt and tight responsive steering.

What's it like to park?

Easy, thanks to front and rear sensors. although took some getting used to after switching from a much smaller car!

Have you had any problems with the car?

So far I have had no issues.

What's most practical about your car?

The boot size and rear space is fantastic for a 3 door coupe! much bigger than a Scirocco and has the same boot as the 5 door hatch!

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

The electro-chromatic rear view mirror has changed my life, coupled with Xenons with adaptive lights and auto full beams night driving is actually pleasurable.
