In their own words

I'll start by saying that this car is great, everything I wanted it has. It's cheap to tax at £30 per year, and is incredibly cheap on fuel. It's so easy to drive and has stacks of acceleration, so it's great in towns as well as on the open road, also the suspension is quite firm and that makes it feel very sporty. Now we get to the bad points. The cars major down side is the Fiat engine that is fitted as standard by Vauxhall. It's great when it works fine, however I've had several very expensive repairs done within 2 years which include: Clutch kit including duel mass flywheel £800, Cam chain and tensioner replacement £400, EGR bypass and clean out £150, Glow plug replacement £150 and front wheel bearing and Spring £160. And not to mention services, so these little diesels can be very expensive to maintain. On the whole the car is solid other than the engine just as long as you keep plenty of money aside for when the rubbish Fiat engine does go wrong. My personal advice would be to buy a petrol engine Vauxhall as the engines are better and have less problems even if they aren't so good on fuel. build quality 10/10 Engine 4/10 MPG 10/10
