In their own words

After 6 wonderful years with our last car (Land Rover Freelander HST) this would never compare. But the criteria was as new and low mileage as possible - cheap, so we could buy “cash” (2 year interest free credit card)... so 10 months old, 10k miles half price from new, large family hatch ticked our humble boxes. The car was like new, SOLID, planted on the road, ridiculously economical. Not many frills but did the job really well. It’s been trouble free since - apart from 1) annoying seatbelt trim door trim rattles, 2) slightly botched hidden previous accident damage to broken plastic engine under tray (Arnold Clark - reselling nearly new Europcar rentals) 3) Bl*%d¥ Frustrating boot design that dumps a hefty puddle of water into the boot when you open the hatch if it’s been rainy (water trapped in seal gaps) But respectfully, don’t many cars have annoying niggles like this. Overall - delighted. Would I choose one again? No - if I could afford better. But if you can’t - these are brilliant size for a growing family of FIVE, when priorities are not on other people’s perceptions of your car & status.
