Summary
What does this car say about you?
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
The "brushed steel" effect of the dash and trim gets a lot of compliments, and the ride comfort too. The Pacific Blue colour is also generally well received (been called a "proper colour" by a few people!).
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes, it's practical, comfortable, efficient, but it doesn't "look" like an estate in the traditional sense, the front end retains the sporty design featured in the hatch, and the rear looks well thought out, rather than a little awkward as in previous generations.
What are you likely to buy next?
Not sure, currently driving a company car so choices can/may be limited!

Unsure, the car is a company car so I haven't seen full pricing information.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Company car policy.
What was the dealer like?
Excellent communication from the moment they received the order right through to delivery. Delivery driver was courteous and spent time going over vehicle features with me at drop-off.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Doesn't feel underpowered at all despite the additional weight and smaller engine (coming from a 140PS 2.0TDI engine). Sport mode makes the whole thing feel a little "sharper" and tends to be my preferred driving mode, although the steering does become heavy after a few roundabouts. Eco makes the experience a little dull, though does seem to add benefit to the computed MPG when doing a lot of stop start driving in city traffic.
What's it like to park?
A doddle with Park Assist, the mirror pack allowing the wing mirrors to dip to show the kerb automatically helps when carrying out manoeuvers yourself too.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
One slight fault with the media system (DNS Pro) whereby it said Error: SD Card 1 when trying to play media from any source, turning the system off and on again sorted it out quickly though.
What's most practical about your car?
Probably a small overlooked feature, but the handles in the boot to fold the spring-loaded rear seats down without having to walk round to the rear doors is handy when loading items a little larger than you expected.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Park assist! I thought it'd just be a gimmick, but it's incredibly effective at getting the car into spaces, particularly on my street where parallel parking is a must. The DNS Pro system works well but is pricy (can be obtained as part of a "Tech Pack" for less now though).
