What does this car say about you?
I bought this car on my 18th birthday so it looked like I had borrowed my grandads car, not the best car for the "cool" image but I loved it.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They thought it was a lovely car, my dad had an identical one when it was new.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Sure, but I'd go for a later facelifted one with the 1.9TDi PD engine, as I found the economy quite poor on the 20v turbo I was getting between 28-32mpg.

Did you get a good deal and why?
I thought so, had a good history and it had the optional 16" alloys.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Value and it was in the best colour in my opinion.

Trade sale.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Very nice and smooth, a little noisey a very high autobahn speeds but nothing unexpected.
What's it like to park?
Quite easy for a saloon as the boot does not overhang loads.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Had the usual ABS issue, but was resolved by a refurb by BBA remain.
What's most practical about your car?
Easy to park and a very good cuiser.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Loved the sports seats and the climate control.
