Not much - they are cetainly not impressed by a high sided Golf
Would you buy this car again and why?
Probably but with a petrol and not a diesel engine which is noisy, particularly at low speed with unpleasant vibration

Did you get a good deal and why?
Reasonable deal with 11% discount but had to wait much longer than expected, i.e. 10 months instead of 3 months
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Replaces an expensive ML320
What was the dealer like?
Rather arrogant and only provided updates when prompted but to be fair had to rely upon intransparent communication from the VW factory

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
A little bumpy, but with positive steering and rather noisy a low speeds
What's it like to park?
The full set of sensors means that you know exactly where you are but the automatic parking is a waste of time

Have you had any problems with the car?
Nothing
What's most practical about your car?
Easy to drive with the controls all in the right place
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
The panorama roof which opens in summer and feels like a cabrio
