What does this car say about you?
I value practicality above style. I like solid German engineering.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Have no opinion really other than it being easy to get in. Grandchildren like the space and height in the back.
Would you buy this car again and why?
A revised one with softer suspension and better noise suppression - definitely. If it is based on the latest Golf floorpan then these should be achievable.
What are you likely to buy next?
The next Touran, when it comes out.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Like Volkswagen. Wanted higher seating position and loads of luggage space.
What was the dealer like?
Fairly lackadaisical.

What's it like to drive?
Seats not great, far too much road noise.
What's it like to park?
Easy. Big and square, good lock.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
No. But iPod needs resetting if you plug in to media outlet. I have to use aux instead.
What's most practical about your car?
Easy to get into, loads of space, good mpg.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
iPod connectivity.
