There are three finance hallmarks that are easy to understand, represent real value, and get people through the (virtual and physical showroom) doors. We’re talking about no deposits, 0% APR, and deposit contributions. Renault takes home first place this year because it manages to offer all three at the same time.
This means you can walk into a showroom with no deposit, get some money off a Clio in the form of a deposit contribution, and pay no interest for spreading out the cost into monthly chunks. And it’s even offering 0% APR, no deposit, and two years of free servicing for its very latest model, the Arkana. While many people will choose to put down money to lower their monthly costs, this approach from Renault gives people the valuable commodity of choice. We wish all manufacturers could be as flexible with finance.

MAZDA
Mazda has made a real effort with its finance packages of late, which explains why it’s rocketed into second place at this year’s awards. The big thing to write home about here is that the Japanese firm is offering 0% APR on all of its range. From Mazda 3 to Mazda MX-30, they all have a deal on them.
Cars come with decent deposit contributions too, which helps make the overall deposit much more sensible than you see with some 0% APR deals.

SEAT - best car finance
SEAT
Like Renault and Mazda, SEAT is another company bringing the people what they want via 0% APR deals. Nearly its entire range of cars is available sans interest.
Throw in some decent deposit contributions and servicing packages, and it’s easy to see why VW’s Spanish outfitters have placed on the podium this year. Particular praise goes to the 0% APR deal on the SEAT Leon Estate, the winner of our Best Medium Car award.
