Fiat Panda (2004 - 2011) 1.2 Dynamic ECO 5d Owner Review
Want to know everything there is to know about this car?
In their own words
I went to test drive another car (a Mini if you really want to know) and decided to test drive the Panda as a comparison. I fully expected to discount the Panda but found, to my surprise, that it won me over and I bought it.
It is very responsive, both acceleration and steering make it a “nippy” little car. It is slightly higher off the road than many small cars so gives good all round sight lines. It is economical both in terms of weekly running costs, routine servicing and Road Tax (£30 a year). It is reliable - it has never not started even on the coldest icy mornings: it has never broken down, and I have not had to spend a single penny on repairs. What more can you ask for?
Anything as a downside, you ask? Well some of my family and friends mock me mercilessly for owning one and refuse to be seen in it ... but maybe that’s not such a downside! It achieves it’s “nippiness” by being light and it can be a little noisy as there isn’t much sound insulation.
But for me as a working Vicar, it’s an ideal “parish run around” and for anyone looking for a similar runaround, one not to be written off.
