Audi has revised its seven-seat Q7 model with cleaner engines.

The new range now features two new supercharged 3.0-litre V6 petrol engines and an all-new diesel engine.

The new 3.0 TDI diesel features start-stop technology to cut the engine when the vehicle is idling. Combined with lower friction from the new engine design and an eight-speed automatic gearbox, the Q7 3.0 TDI now returns fuel economy of 38mpg and CO2 emissions drop to 195g/km compared with 31mpg and 239g/km before.

The new range is open to order now, with deliveries due to begin in June. Prices range from £40,135 to £54,055.
