Audi has announced details of the long wheelbase version of the new A8 saloon.
Open to order in July with deliveries scheduled for December, the A8 LWB range will be priced from around £58,000.
Four engine options will be offered: two diesels in either 3.0-litre V6 or 4.2-litre V8 guises, and a pair of petrols - a 4.2-litre V8 and the top of the range 6.3-litre W12.
The long wheelbase version is 130mm longer than the standard saloon, with all of the extra length in the rear to increase legroom for back seat passengers.
Extra equipment on LWB models includes heated rear seats, a sunroof, four-zone climate control and electric rear and side window blinds.
