Nissan Interstar dimensions (2003-2001)
The Interstar offered a choice of three gross vehicle weight (GVW) options - 2800kg in the short wheelbase body, 3300kg or 3500kg in the medium-wheelbase, and 3500kg in the long-wheelbase van.
Cargo length (ranging from 2714mm to 3714mm, depending on wheelbase) in this Interstar has risen from 55.5% of the total vehicle length to 63.1%, which makes it exceptionally useful and maximises use of fuel, time and cargo space.
Cargo heights range from 1670mm to 2146mm and the sliding side door has a generous opening at 1099mm wide. A second sliding door is optional for extra convenience.
Cargo volume ranges from a minimum of 8.0 cubic metres on the low-roof short-wheelbase model to 13.9 cubic metres on the high-roof long-wheelbase.
The 3.5t GVW version of the Interstar can offer a maximum payload of 1579kg.
