What does this car say about you?
That I like something a bit different and special.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They think the car looks Epic for 10yrs old. It is in mint condition and they think it looks very cool and stylish.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes. This is my first Alfa but not the last. It has a very addictive feel to it and makes you smile everytime. I like the Veloce sport trim version as it looks subtle and cultured, yet the 2.0TS delivers amazing performance.
What are you likely to buy next?
Won't be parting with my 156 anytime soon. But thinking about adding a future classic, Italian of course.. maybe an Alfa GTV?..916 Spider?..Fiat Coupe Turbo also looks good too.

Did you get a good deal and why?
Price included a Fresh MOT, some basic warranty, few minor items fixed on the MOT, valeted so it was ready for collection.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
I wanted a stylish, performance saloon as my daily driver.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Very quite and comfortable motorway cruiser and an excellent handling A/B road car for when you want to have some fun - It's an Alfa afterall and the whole handling setup on the Sport Veloce model brings a smile.
What's it like to park?
Turning circle is not great, so a few moves to park in a tigher space. Overall visibility is good and straightforward to reverse park.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Had to replace the oil sump pan, as the bung had been over-tightened. No big issue and obtained a used item from Ebay for about £40.
What's most practical about your car?
Pretty much everything, nice usable boot space and ample room for passengers.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Momo Leather Sports Pack Interior - this was a very expensive option when new.
