Value
I had the car on a company lease and it was expensive, as Alfa still had a bad name in 1998. Extras were good value, eg leather. It just sold well for a good price.
Costs
High consumption - 22-25mpg will not suit some people.

Driving
Fantastic. It never bored me! Dashboard is great - passengers can't see it!
Performance
Superb performance for price - 6-speed gearbox is wonderful.

Reliability
It never broke down in 74,000 miles, although had to nurse it home once when power steering pump went.

It's a driver's car. I enjoyed the hard suspension, but some may not.

No problems. Like the fitted radio - less temptation to break in.
Service
Dealers are supercilious and treat women customers badly, even one who is an engineer. Went to non-dealer instead recently.

Power steering pump at 40k. Suspension at 60k. Radio reception dreadful - needed additional aerial.
