Car has used 4 litres of oil in 10,000 miles and we are told this is ok

Reliability
Left with no clutch last week. Oil light has came on four times. Both doors rattle and wipers scrape across windscreen. Fog lights mist up all the time when not used. Alarm goes off itself and brakes squeel.

Poor service. Faults not rectified. Fobbed off on every occassion. Staff never return your phonecalls.
