Audi Q2 SUV Sport 30 TDI 116PS 5d Owner Review

Absolutely the worst car I have ever owned. The timing belt failed and the car needs £15000 worth of work to fix it. Audi customer service are completely rude and unhelpful, treating you like a reckless criminal (despite having 60,000 warranty and guaranteeing the timing belt for 140,000 miles). Disgusting treatment and will never buy another Audi. Car is only 4 years old but Audi aren’t interested. I wouldn’t ever buy an Audi just from this awful experience and lack of consideration shown.
It’s been 3 months and the car is still not fixed and now needing to seek further advice. If anyone else has had similar issues would appreciate knowing to help support my case as 3 independent mechanics have told me this is a common fault for Audi Q2s but Audi won’t even consider investigating. Unbelievable from such a “prestigious” brand.
