  • Summary

    5 out of 5 5.0

What does this car say about you?

That you have come into some money! Second-hand BMWs aren’t in reality expensive to buy but they will always have that top of the range factor and feel.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

That I have come into some money! A lot of oos and ahs when I turned up in it!!

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes yes yes, there is nothing apart from perhaps Mercedes to match the class and kudos of driving a BMW, plus the smoothness and power. I am smitten!

What are you likely to buy next?

Happy with the one I have for the present time. Would ideally like a BMW X5 if I could afford it.

  • Driving it

    5 out of 5 5.0

    What's it like to drive?

Where do I begin? Smooth, powerful, the kudos of driving a BMW is second to none. My 1798 cc engine seemed much more powerful and yet was quite good on petrol,.

    What's it like to park?

OK, the compact version is pretty easy.

Have you had any problems with the car?

After only having it a month or so, there was a coolant leak which was the expansion tank which had split which is a common problem with these models. Thank goodness I have a fantastic mechanic. It still set me back £200 though.

What's most practical about your car?

Its such a smooth drive and good to be seen in. When I first bought it I would drive about going nowhere in particular as its such a dream to drive.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

    None really.
