Not a great bargain but it was the car I wanted.

Balance of performance and economy.
What was the dealer like?
Efficient and courteous. Specialist Cars Tring have been very satisfactory with servicing too.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Still very enjoyable. Crisp handling, strong mid-range pull and progressively powerful brakes. To enjoy this fully year round, winter tyres are really needed Nov to Feb.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
After 110k miles, 75k by me, routine servicing only except for a whining alternator covered by warranty. My first BMW and I'm hooked.
What's most practical about your car?
Fuel economy balanced with great driving experience.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Puddle lamps in door handles!
