Value
A Honda for £10K that does what I want in terms of space and MPG.
Costs
Only petrol so far, but averaging at 42MPG doing 90% city commuting

Driving
Light steering and good visibility make it easy to drive.
Performance
Not the fastest (accelerating) car, but will cruise at 80 on the motorway

Reliability
Judging on Honda reviews elsewhere and comparing it to the Puma I had before which was in the garage within a month of buying from new.

I suppose the Jazz has a public image of being a bit of a girls car and I almost bought the Mitsubishi Colt as I preferred the image (ie external appearance of the car) of the Colt. But the Jazz interior and overall quality won me over.
Comfort
Very comfortable. Three hours driving to the Lakes non stop is no problem.

No alarm apparently.
Service
No servicing yet, but in buying the Jazz I found the sales staff friendly, helpful and not pushy, unlike the other dealerships I went to.
