Did you get a good deal and why?
Saw on Ebay and bought it from a Jaguar dealer. It was a bargain. When I asked about the car, they said "Oh, the Mercedes, it's a bit of an embarrassment. We are Jaguar dealers andn can only put Jaguars on the forecourt.".
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Changed my previous Mercedes because this one had a lovely cream leather interior.
What was the dealer like?
The Jaguar dealer was very professonal, but as they sold me the car at trade price, they tried several finance and warranty offers to make some profit.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Prestigious. Smooth, pleasant to drive, good auto box. Not so good in snow or mud; probably made worse because mine is the estate version.
What's it like to park?
Surprisingly easy. Has had parking sensors fitte since new. Adjusting the passenger side electric mirror can help view the kerb.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Seat belt sensor under the driver's seat failed twice. The first time it was replaced under warranty, the second time the dealer referred to the previous fault, but Mercedes would not contribute. The dealer reduced their labour charge as I am a regular customer.
What's most practical about your car?
Cavernous estate car. I have taken rubbish to the tip and scrap metal to a scrap yard, but carefully cover the light coloured interior.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Electrically heated seats.
