Costs
50 mpg is easily reached on the Motorway, yet to drop below 40mpg around town. Insurance not bad either

Great on the Motorway but not the sharpest on windy country roads
Performance
For a diesel it's excellent. Very torquey and smooth upto 4500 rpm, with real punch between 1800-3800 rpm

Low speed ride isn't as bad as expected, motorways excellent. Seats can be adjusted to suit all and give good support
