Everyone loves it, admires the model spec and colour and are now saying they aspire to getting one next!
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes absolutely- plenty of extras, power and comfort with a good MPG.
What are you likely to buy next?
Hmmm, possibly a Mercedes C Class but I will be sticking with the Qashqai for a while because I love the car.

Dealer offered a modest discount and threw in a couple of extra incentives.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Excellent driving position, good value for money, fantastic MPG, tried all competitors and generally overall preferred everything about this model. In addition despite only being a 1.5 this model has great power, plenty of torque to offer an enjoyable, yet quiet ride. Gadgets included in Tekna spec make the extra expenditure worthwhile.
What was the dealer like?
Slow with delivery of car but, after sales experience has, so far, been very satisfactory.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Everytime it puts a smile on my face- Test drove the same model in the snow and off-road and the 2WD may as well have been a 4WD in terms of handling. (Qashqai shares it's chassis with X-Trail). Despite height, surprisingly the cornering feels like a normal hatchback car.
What's it like to park?
Rear view is slightly restricted however parking sensors are useful. In addition the large wing mirrors afford extra visibility for parking.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
No, touch wood. Car starts well, is responsive and, considering newness, MPG is very good.
What's most practical about your car?
Excellent safety rating, elevated driving position, automatic lights, auto-dimming interior mirror (very good!), panoramic sunroof, Xenon lights, auto windscreen wipers and headlight wash facility, parking sesnors, leather heated seats. Many more...
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Panoramic sunroof (lovely on sunny days and beautiful for starry nights).
