Engine rattle led to steering rack replacement, but now feels very floaty. Problems getting dealers to resolve.

Renault franchised dealer service is well below par. Had to involve Renault UK to get taken seriously. Ongoing steering problem still not fixed. Car has only done 6,000 miles!

Coarse engine rattle developed at 4,500 miles. Steering rack replaced, but later traced to engine mount links. Steering problematic ever since.
