What does this car say about you?
I think the car is somewhat of a social chameleon, young old or otherwise you won't look out of place, but i would guess that Vauxhall probably had a younger audience in mind when they designed it.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Most people i speak to comment on how nice the car looks.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes, its practical, affordable, reliable and still looks good.
What are you likely to buy next?
Maybe the newer version Astra or something bigger like the Signum

Did you get a good deal and why?
I traded in my old BMW Z3 so probably lost quite a lot of money, but the car was due for some pretty big bills so it had to go!!!
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Always liked the look of them and i'm a Vauxhall fan.
What was the dealer like?
The dealer was actually very good, and surprisingly helpful when i encountered a problem early on.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
The 1.6 engine delivers adequate power for most driving conditions, overtaking isn't too stressful and the car feels quite at home on the motorway.
What's it like to park?
It is easy enough where parking is concerned, the car is fairly small and nimble and the steering is suitably light. However for some reason, no matter how much you adjust the mirrors, visibility while reversing can be a little awkward.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
It had an oil leak when i first got it which turned out to be an oil seal on the gearbox, thankfully i took it back and the dealer put it right for me. Other than that just a small problem with some fancy exhaust valve which was about £50 to put right.
What's most practical about your car?
The car is very comfy and still has a good ride, there is adequate room for 4 adults to travel and the boot space is generous.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
The lotus sport suspension that came as standard with the car makes it feel quite sporty and firm on the road, also i think the SXI alloys look great.
