Yes dead locked as standard and the alarm is good too.
Service
Bought mine from a Reg Vardy dealer but it was a Rover one, so every time it goes wrong on the warranty its got to go to the Vauxhall dealer. Not good.

Can't knock it. Apart from miner faults but every car gets those.

Good all round car. But be careful as to what you pay for one. I've lost 5 grand in just under 2 years.
