Value
This car was an expensive car new, but second hand it's a lot of car for the money they now sell for.
Costs
I have owned my GSi for 6 months now and I am very surprised at how low the running costs of this 197bhp V6 can be. Thats if you drive it normally. Drive it like Ivan Muller, and it's a different story.

Driving
This is trully a fantastic handling car. It feels solid underneath and has that added bit of help from the TC, traction control. Fantastic driver's car.
Performance
The performance is not blistering. Don't get me wrong, this car is fast and tourqey, but I feel it likes to gradually be brought up to speed. None of this foot down at the green light stuff.

Living with it
Reliability
I've had the car 6 months only and yes I have had a problem; the power steering rack had a leak. This was taken care of straight away by my local dealer, who's work was quick and cheap. Reliabile as any other.

I personally think this is a stunning looking car. Park it in a busy car park and you will always get looks. People love that sport saloon presence.
Comfort
GSi is fitted with fantastic sports Recaro armchairs, adjustable in every way and an electric height adjustment which is fun. Very comfortable on long or short trips. A/C, air con's good for summer days.

Security
Very good security; deadlocks, ultra sonic movement which can be turned on or off in case, God forbid, you have your pet in the car, immobilizer, wheel locks, key code radio and all the flashing lights.
Service
I agree with the other reviewers. Shop around. All Vauxhall dealers are not the same. Some are good, some are bad. Be warned!

Had a small power steering leak; cause - banjo bolt washers corrosion. It was not expensive - 2 hour job.
