What does this car say about you?

This car says that our family goes out of their way to show that MPV's don't have to be boring Ford Galaxy's but very stylish, innovative and great on long journeys.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

My friend thought it was fantastic. Both my grandparents said that it was so comfortable and very easy to get into the seats.

Would you buy this car again and why?

I would by this car again because I thought it was great. It was a shame that we had to sell it but the miles to the gallon was disgraceful. That's the only point against it.

What are you likely to buy next?

Probably a Renault Clio. Very good miles per gallon. Quick, nippy and chic as the French would say.

    £0

When did you buy the car?

    May 2003

Did you get a good deal and why?

I think we got a good deal on the car because it was normally selling @ £15,000 but my parents managed to get the price down by bartering!!

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

My parents bought the car because we needed a people carrier to carry all the family. However my parents said that they would be a stylish people carrier and so bought the Chrysler Grand Voyager.

    What was the dealer like?

The dealer was friendly although I was more intersted in the car too pay them any notice.

  • Driving it

    3 out of 5 3.0

    What's it like to drive?

My mum said it was like driving a minibus; not at all because of the handling, trim or performance but the size of the car.

    What's it like to park?

It is a very long vehicle so be very wary of parking.

  • Living with it

Have you had any problems with the car?

Nothing went wrong with it. However when I was on holiday my dad crashed into another car. It wasn't serious but the body work was badly damaged.

What's most practical about your car?

SPACE!! It is probably the biggest MPV out in the market that imports to Europe. It really was like being in first class of an aeroplane.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

I liked the sliding doors. I though they were very innovative; great in car parks and very accessible. The seating was very well planned with two in the middle and three in the back for extra space. It was very easy to enter the back as well which other MPV's can't do.
